The planning application for Fawkham Manor has now been approved by Sevenoaks District Council, along with the associated Listed Building Consent. This is for 26 residential units: 8 apartments in the manor house itself (7 x 2 bed and 1 x 3 bed) and three blocks of six 4 bed townhouses.

Various conditions have been attached the the approval, including for a traffic management plan during the construction works.
As you may recall, Fawkham PC objected to this application, with the key issues being around transport/access, car parking, the number and type of units and their design. This development will increase the number of units in Fawkham by nearly 12%.
