Registration of interest in affordable housing at Salts Farm Depot, Fawkham Road, Fawkham DA3 7BJ – Fernham Homes and West Kent Housing Association are building new homes at Salts Farm Depot which includes some affordable housing: 3 x 1 bedroom flats and 2 x 2 bedroom flats provided as social housing for rent and 2 x 2 bedroom houses and 1 x 3 bedroom house provided as shared ownership (part rent/part buy) housing. The new homes are expected to be ready later this year.
Fawkham Parish Council is inviting local people to register their interest in the affordable housing. This will help Sevenoaks District Council to decide if there is sufficient evidence to give priority to applicants with a local connection to the Parish when allocating the affordable homes.
