VE Day
For obvious reasons we have decided to postpone the proposed VE Day celebrations that were due to be held in early May.
We will be planting a tree in the church grounds to commemorate 75 year anniversary of VE Day
We had planned to ask if anyone would be able to knit or crochet poppies for use on the village green and around the war memorial in November. If this is something you would like to do, please see the patterns available here: Pattern for poppies.
When there is more clarity on the situation and life has returned to normal ( whenever that is) we would like to hold an event that celebrates our community.
