Following the August Bank Holiday, there will be changes to residents’ rubbish, recycling, and garden waste collection days.
There will be no collections on Monday 26 August and all pick-ups that week will be a day later until Saturday 31 August. These changes will also apply to Commercial Waste customers.
Sevenoaks District Council’s Cabinet Member for Cleaner and Greener, Cllr Irene Roy, says: “We want to make sure no one misses a collection over the summer Bank Holiday.
“Help our hard-working crews by checking you have the correct collection date and by putting your sacks out at 7am on your collection day.”
