Fawkham Parish Council has been successful in obtaining funding from SDC as part of the countrywide Welcome Back Fund which aims to help “build back better” from the pandemic. We have two picnic benches, a bench and a children’s bench which will be placed on Small Grains and the village green outside the pub – and they’re flat packs that need putting together! So we are hoping a few people will help put them together on Saturday 16th July from 11am. If you can spare an hour or so, please come along to Small Grains (and it would be great if you could comment below if you’re able to help). Thank you
